Jaclyn “Jackie” Ballester has been a dedicated member of our firm since 2005 and now proudly leads our Real Estate and Estate Planning Department. With nearly two decades of experience, Jaclyn offers trusted guidance in a wide range of real estate matters—from residential and commercial closings to landlord-tenant disputes, association violations, and escrow issues. Her clients value her thoughtful approach, legal precision, and commitment to finding practical solutions.
A Miami native, Jaclyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University. She began her legal journey as a paralegal at the firm before returning to FIU to earn her Juris Doctorate from FIU College of Law. During law school, Jaclyn remained deeply involved in service and advocacy, participating in student organizations like the Cuban American Bar Association – Student Division, and interning with the Guardian Ad Litem legal department, where she found a deep passion for child advocacy.
Jaclyn was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017 and has since built a reputation for being both knowledgeable and compassionate. She is especially passionate about helping those in need—whether it’s guiding families through estate planning or assisting clients facing difficult real estate challenges. Her desire to make a positive impact extends beyond the office; she proudly supports at-risk youth in the community.

Ms. Llaudy is a trial lawyer with a practice concentrating on the areas of health law, corporate transactions and general litigation. She has experience representing national and international clients in multi-million-dollar litigations, including Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, CHUBBS, Marshalls, TJ Maxx and AIG. She has been a trial and managing attorney at various prestigious Miami firms.Currently, she focuses on representing Home Health Agencies, Health Care Clinics, Assisted Living Facilities, CORFs, Pharmacies, Durable Medical Equipment companies, Community Mental Health Centers, Managed Care Organizations, Physicians, Chiropractors and general medical practices with all aspects of managing their medical businesses, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions, Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) issues, Medicare and Medicaid overpayments and reviews.
Additionally, Dagmar handles all types of real estate transactions, litigation, 1031 property exchanges and escrow disputes. Ms. Llaudy assists clients as a full-service real estate closing and title agent. She has years of experience in closing residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Ms. Llaudy has extensive experience in handling Small Business Administration (“SBA”) loans and is an approved closer for these transactions.
Dagmar obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University with a dual major of Management and International Business. She attended the University of Miami School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. Dagmar is a licensed member of the Florida Bar since 2000 and admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida Federal Bar. She has obtained AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, a peer review rating for the highest level of professional excellence. In addition, to her professional accolades, Dagmar serves on the board of Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services, a residential facility for youth in crisis and has serves as the Gala Chair their annual event. Dagmar is fluent in English and Spanish and takes pride in providing stellar representation to her international clientele in their native language.
